KATHMANDU: Government offices across the country will operate from 9 AM to 4 PM starting Monday, November 2, under the government’s winter schedule.
The revised hours, announced through a notice published in the Nepal Gazette by the Ministry of Home Affairs, will remain in effect until January 29, 2027.
Government offices had previously been operating from 9 AM to 5 PM. The new schedule applies to all government offices except educational institutions and public corporations.
