KATHMANDU: Ncell has partnered with Samsung Nepal to provide special discounts on home appliances for its customers during the festive season. Under this initiative, customers can receive a total discount of up to 31 percent on the purchase of items including televisions, refrigerators, and washing machines.
In addition to the festive discounts already offered by Samsung, Ncell customers are eligible for an extra discount of up to 12 percent. The specific additional discount, which may be 5, 8, or 12 percent, depends on the customer’s current data pack or rental plan. The offer is valid from Oct. 8 to Nov. 15.
The partnership was formalised in the presence of Ncell Product Director Lalit Sharda and Samsung Nepal Managing Director Chang Wook Jung. The collaboration integrates Ncell’s customer base with Samsung’s official retail network in Nepal.
To access the discount, customers must check their eligibility through the ‘Partnered Services’ section of the Ncell app. Once verified, they can visit any authorized Samsung retail outlet across the country to claim the offer.
Ncell Product Director Lalit Sharda stated that the collaboration aims to provide additional value to customers beyond standard connectivity services. He said, ‘With this collaboration, our customers can benefit from extra discounts when purchasing home appliances from a trusted brand.’
