KATHMANDU: Ncell customers can now access special discounts and service offers at Tranquility Spa following a new partnership between the telecommunications provider and the spa chain.
Under the agreement, customers who purchase prepaid or postpaid plans worth Rs 499 or more are eligible for a ‘buy one get one’ offer on services including signature massage, body scrub, Shirodhara, and premium care facial. This allows two people to receive services for the price of one. Customers opting for individual services will receive a 25 percent discount on spa treatments and a 20 percent discount on beauty services. These specific benefits are reserved for Nepali citizens.
Additionally, customers using plans ranging from Rs 99 to Rs 499 will receive a 20 percent discount on spa services, while tourists are entitled to a 10 percent discount. The partnership agreement was signed by Ncell Products Director Lalit Sharda and Tranquility Spa Chief Operating Officer Ranil Faizu.
Ncell Chief Consumer Business Officer Upanga Dutta stated that the initiative aims to provide meaningful value beyond basic connectivity. ‘By bringing wellness experiences into the Ncell ecosystem, we aim to make benefits more relevant and accessible,’ Dutta said. ‘This partnership reflects our commitment to enhancing customer engagement and making Ncell an integral part of our customers’ lives.’
To redeem the offers, customers must access the Ncell app, select Tranquility Spa, and visit an official outlet. The benefits displayed in the app are determined by the specific pack or plan purchased by the customer. Those currently ineligible can purchase a qualifying plan to access the services.
