KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign currency exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one U.S. dollar is set at Rs 153.01, with a selling rate of Rs 153.61.
The buying rate for one European euro is fixed at Rs 174.30, while the selling rate is Rs 174.98. The British pound sterling has a buying rate of Rs 202.78 and a selling rate of Rs 203.58. For the Australian dollar, the buying rate is Rs 107.47 and the selling rate is Rs 107.89, while the Canadian dollar is set at a buying rate of Rs 108.18 and a selling rate of Rs 108.61.
The central bank stated that these exchange rates are subject to change at any time if necessary. It noted that the rates offered by commercial banks may vary slightly and that updated figures are available on the central bank’s official website.
