KATHMANDU: The Nepal Telecom will sponsor the third edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), scheduled to run from October 25 to November 21 at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.
Sangita Pahadi, managing director of Nepal Telecom, and Utsav Dhungana, general manager of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), signed the sponsorship agreement on Sunday.
Speaking at the agreement-signing ceremony, Nepal Telecom Chief Technical Officer Dilliram Adhikari said the company had been supporting national-level cricket tournaments and expressed confidence that its continued involvement would contribute to the institutional development of cricket in the country.
