KATHMANDU: Seven people have died in road accidents across various districts in the last 24 hours. Police reported that 121 individuals were injured in incidents during the same period.
Fatalities were recorded in Sunsari, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Kathmandu, Kapilvastu and Rupandehi districts. According to the police, 14 people sustained injuries within the Kathmandu Valley alone.
The data released by the police further shows that 25 people were injured in Koshi Province, 18 in Madhesh Province and 14 in the remaining districts of Bagmati Province. Additionally, 21 people were injured in Lumbini Province, 12 in Gandaki Province, 9 in Sudurpashchim Province and 8 in Karnali Province.
