POKHARA: Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has stated that the party must bring back leaders and workers who have drifted away.
Speaking at a memorial service held on Monday for former assistant minister Prakash Bahadur Gurung, organized by the Annapurna Rural Municipality committee of the Nepali Congress, Thapa emphasized the need to re-engage those who have become dissatisfied with the party.
Thapa noted that the Nepali Congress is not merely a party of high-ranking leaders, but rather belongs to everyone who has contributed to its development at the grassroots level. The event served as a tribute to the contributions made by the late leader Gurung to both the party and the community. The memorial was attended by various party leaders, workers, and supporters.
