KATHMANDU: The trailer for the upcoming film ‘Maya Baschha Ki Ke Ho!’ has been released ahead of its scheduled theatrical premiere on Sept. 18. The three-minute trailer highlights the romantic ups and downs between lead actors Sonal Lama and Kasmata Niraula. It also depicts the struggles faced by young people who move abroad for study and employment.
Directed by Raju Adhikari, the film features a large ensemble cast including Sonal and Kasmata, alongside Narendra Thapa, Upendra Thapa, Beni Dhungana, Sabbu Paudel, Tara Sharma, Harikrishna Karki, Tejendra Kandel, Richa Thapa, Khinnabahadur Bhandari (Bhola), JP Pandey, Ramji Raut, Karuna Thapa, Bikulal Basu, and Sukachandra Thapa.
Presented by Sharad Adhikari and produced by Bahadur Singh Tamang, the movie features a story by Aarti Adhikari Acharya and a screenplay by Maunata Shrestha. The film is shot by Rabindra Baral and edited by Ramprasad Chaudhary. Arjun Pokharel composed the music, while the choreography is handled by Kamal Rai and Ramji Lamichhane. The production was filmed in Nepal as well as Belgium, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
